Sheral Raines
Board Director
Dr. Sheral L. Raines is an educational leader, pastor, and community advocate dedicated to empowering families and strengthening the social, academic, and spiritual fabric of his community. He currently serves as Assistant Principal at Lewis Chapel Middle School, Pastor of Seed Harvest Christian Center, and Director of The Soul Center, Counseling Center & Ministry Training Hub, both in Spring Lake, North Carolina. With a background that spans public education, pastoral counseling, leadership development, and community engagement, Dr. Raines brings a unique, holistic approach to service and organizational leadership.
Holding advanced degrees in Christian ministry, pastoral counseling, and school administration, Dr. Raines integrates evidence-based practices with faith-centered principles to support youth, families, and emerging leaders. His work includes developing curriculum, leading community-based initiatives, and mentoring individuals through spiritual formation and personal growth.
As a visionary, strategist, and collaborator, Dr. Raines is passionate about creating systems that foster equity, excellence, and opportunity. He is honored to serve on the Board of Directors and is committed to contributing his experience, creativity, and conviction to advance the foundation’s mission and the well-being of the communities it serves.
