Purpose & vision
Our mission is to cultivate confident, purpose-driven young leaders who proudly represent their heritage, positively impact their communities, and honor the legacy of Juneteenth.
The Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant was created to uplift and empower youth through education, preparation, and community engagement. The program emphasizes character, responsibility, and self-confidence while encouraging participants to reflect on the importance of leadership and service.

Who the Pageant Is For?
The pageant uplifts students who embody leadership and cultural pride. Through participation, students help strengthen opportunities for themselves and other young people through scholarships, educational initiatives, enrichment activities, and the Say Y.E.S. CREW program.
