The Say Y.E.S. Golden Bridge program is dedicated to empowering senior citizens in our community by bridging gaps in access, knowledge, and resources. We strive to enhance quality of life, independence, and well-being for seniors through a holistic approach that addresses basic needs, digital inclusion, and mobility support.

• Address Food Insecurity: Provide seniors with access to nutritious meals and grocery resources to support health and wellness.

• Enhance Digital Literacy: Offer hands-on technology training and digital education to help seniors navigate the online world, from communication tools to essential services.

• Support Transportation Needs: Ensure seniors can attend medical appointments, pick up prescriptions, and maintain access to vital services safely and reliably.
