The Say Y.E.S. ELITE Program is designed to elevate youth leadership, academic excellence, and community impact by providing advanced opportunities for students who have demonstrated commitment, discipline, and strong personal development. Grounded in the values of Empowered Leaders In Training & Excellence (ELITE), this program builds on the foundation established in Say Y.E.S. CREW and prepares participants for higher-level college, career, and leadership pathways.

• Academic Excellence: Support students in maintaining high academic performance and pursuing advanced educational experiences.

• Leadership Development: Strengthen leadership skills through mentorship, youth advisory leadership, and project-based community engagement.

• Career & College Advancement: Prepare youth for competitive college admissions and future career pathways with targeted training and exposure.

• Advanced STEM enrichment and academic support.

• Leadership workshops and youth-led initiatives.

• Resume building, professional communication, interview practice, and workplace skills training.

• Expanded college preparation resources, including campus tours, scholarship workshops, and financial aid guidance.

• Social media branding and digital professionalism coaching to build a strong personal and professional presence.

• Team-building field trips that promote confidence, collaboration, and leadership.

• High-impact community service and volunteer leadership opportunities.

• Participation on the Youth Advisory Board, where members provide insight and recommendations to the Say Y.E.S. Foundation Board of Directors.

Membership Requirements

​

• Must be an active member of Say Y.E.S. Crew for at least one year.

• Must maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA.

• Must demonstrate commitment to academic growth, leadership, and community service.
