The Say Y.E.S. Foundation offers a comprehensive suite of youth and community programs designed to empower individuals across every stage of life. Say Y.E.S. CREW provides middle and high school students with mentorship, life-skills development, team-building field trips, academic support, and community service opportunities to help them build confidence and purpose. Say Y.E.S. ELITE elevates this experience for high-achieving youth—focusing on leadership development, advanced skill-building, and service—while members also serve on the Youth Advisory Board to provide insight to the Foundation’s Board of Directors. Say Y.E.S. Golden Bridge supports seniors through engagement activities, connection, and resources that promote independent living and community belonging. Together, these programs strengthen families, support communities, and create pathways for lifelong growth and success.

The Say Y.E.S. CREW Program empowers youth ages 11–17 through academic enrichment, personal development, college and career preparation, and community service. Grounded in the values of Community, Respect, Excellence, and Wisdom (CREW), participants build confidence, skills, and leadership while exploring new opportunities.
