Natasia mclean

President

Natasia McLean is the Founder and President/Executive Director of Say Y.E.S. Foundation, Inc., where she leads community-centered initiatives that empower youth through education, service, and leadership development. A dedicated community advocate and experienced executive, Natasia brings nearly 15 years of leadership in data analytics, business strategy, and technology-driven innovation to guide the Foundation’s vision and impact. She serves as President of Blacks in Technology (BIT) Raleigh-Durham, Young Adult Committee Chair for the Johnston County NAACP, an active member of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), and South Regional Director for BDPA.

Natasia holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Campbell University and a Master of Information Science from North Carolina Central University, and is currently pursuing her MBA at Johns Hopkins University. Through Say Y.E.S. Foundation, Inc., she combines professional excellence with a deep commitment to service—creating meaningful opportunities that uplift youth, strengthen communities, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
