Natasia mclean

Founder & Executive Director

Natasia McLean is the Founder and President/Executive Director of Say Y.E.S. Foundation, Inc., where she leads community-centered initiatives that empower youth through education, service, and leadership development. A dedicated community advocate and experienced executive, Natasia brings nearly 15 years of leadership in data analytics, business strategy, and technology-driven innovation to guide the Foundation’s vision and impact. She serves as President of Blacks in Technology (BIT) Raleigh-Durham, Young Adult Committee Chair for the Johnston County NAACP, an active member of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), and South Regional Director for BDPA.

She holds degrees from Campbell University and North Carolina Central University and is currently pursuing her MBA at Johns Hopkins University. Through Say Y.E.S. Foundation, Inc., Natasia combines professional excellence with a deep commitment to service—creating meaningful opportunities that uplift youth, strengthen communities, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
