Meet The Board

Samantha Harding is a Real Estate Strategist and community advocate dedicated to creating pathways to stability, homeownership, and generational wealth. As a board member of Say Y.E.S. Foundation, Inc., she brings a mission-driven approach to empowering families and developing future leaders through service, advocacy, and community engagement.

In her professional and civic leadership, Samantha serves as the Local Political Coordinator for the Johnston County Association of Realtors, where she supports industry advocacy and policy engagement. She is also actively involved in community service through volunteering with Restoration Church’s food pantry, helping support families in need.

Deeply committed to youth development and leadership growth, Samantha remains engaged in initiatives that uplift the next generation, including supporting her daughter’s involvement with the Raleigh Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She also continues to strengthen her own leadership skills through Toastmasters.

A 2026 ATHENA Award finalist, Samantha is recognized for her impact, leadership, and dedication to empowering others and building stronger communities.
