Lakela Bell-McLean is a dedicated community leader and seasoned operations professional with deep roots in Harnett County, where she has been a lifelong resident. She currently serves as a Program Supervisor for a major pharmaceutical company, overseeing high-impact programs that support patient access, quality assurance, and team development. Known for her strong leadership and commitment to service, Lakela brings a strategic, people-centered approach to every role she undertakes.

Her passion for community advocacy is reflected in her service as the Vice President of Harnett County Stop the Violence, as well as her role as the 2026–2028 President of Leading Ladies of Harnett County, an organization focused on empowering women through mentorship, education, and leadership development.

Lakela is a proud wife and mother, and her family and community remain central to her purpose and leadership.
