Wellness 360 is a free community wellness experience presented by Say Y.E.S. Foundation, Inc., designed to help individuals and families take a more active role in their well-being. More than a traditional health fair, Wellness 360 brings health screenings and assessments, practical education, wellness experiences, and community resources together in one place.
